I bought a LED Par 38 replacement for a 75 watt floodlight. Nothing else was claimed on the package, ether good or bad practices. I used it to replace a floodlight outdoors. Worked great - for awhile! I even enjoyed how much money we would be saving using only a little more than a tenth of the original power. Then the rains came. Rain penetrated the seal between the LED reflector assembly, water got in, and electrolysis caused the printed-circuit trace between LED clusters to burn-through. Because of the nature of the special heat-sink PC board, and the mounting of the LED clusters, the board couldn't be cost-effectively repaired. Disappointed.
